摘要
对常见的制酸工艺进行对比探讨,选取某化工厂为实例,对采用的二转二吸制酸工艺、设备进行介绍,并对此种工艺的安全性进行分析。结果表明:二转二吸制酸工艺SO_(2)转化率高达99.99%以上,高效节能;工艺操作简单,系统稳定性高,能够实现长期连续运行;生产的硫酸产品具有高纯度、高浓度、低杂质含量和稳定的化学性质;工艺中避免了硫磺粉尘带来的爆炸性风险,提高了生产安全性;此外,此种工艺废气排放中SO_(2)、酸雾和NO_(x)等污染物浓度都可控制在符合国家排放标准的范围内,有利于环境保护。
Common acidic processes were discussed,selecting a chemical factory as an example,double-conversion double-absorption acid production process and equipment were introduced,and the safety of this process was analyzed.The results showed that,the conversion rate of SO_(2) in the double-conversion double-absorption acid production process was as high as 99.99%,and the process had high efficiency energy saving,simple process operation,high system stability,could achieve long-term continuous operation and produce sulfuric acid products with high purity,high concentration,low impurities content and stable chemical properties.The process avoided the explosive risks brought by sulfur dust,and improved production safety.In addition,the concentration of pollutants such as SO_(2),sour mist,and NO_(x) in the waste gas could be controlled in compliance with national emission standards,being conducive to environmental protection.
