摘要
文章介绍了卧螺沉降离心机在焦炉煤气湿法氧化法脱硫工艺的应用现状,针对该领域卧螺沉降离心机在操作中遇到的问题,设计了一种实现离心机自动启动、停止和冲洗的方案。新的自动操作方案具有更加智能、安全、高效的特点,并在山西永鑫制酸项目预处理工序中实现了应用,取得了良好的效果,减少了工人的劳动强度,提高了工艺的可靠性和稳定性。
This study introduces the current situation of the application of horizontal screw decanter in field of coke oven gas wet oxidation desulfurization process.To tackle the problem that encountered in daily use of the decanter,we provide a new operation scheme to achieve automatic startup&shut down.This new scheme is more smarter,safer and efficient than before,and has been adopted in pretreatment process of Shanxi Yongxin Acid project to show good results in labor saving,higher reliability and stability of the process.
