摘要
在含有纯滞后环节的二阶被控对象工业过程控制系统中,为解决传统的控制系统调节时间过长、有超调量、抗干扰能力差等问题,根据双容水箱的数学模型,结合模糊控制和预测控制的优势,提出一种模糊预测PI控制器,并设计相应的串级智能控制系统。控制系统内回路采用预测PI控制器,外回路采用模糊预测PI控制器,在Matlab/Simulink中进行了仿真实验,并与其他常见的控制方案进行了对比分析。实验结果表明,提出的串级智能控制系统针对二阶加纯滞后环节对象调节时间短、无超调量、鲁棒性强,控制品质较高。
In the industrial process control system, which contains the second-order plus dead time, the traditional control system has poor control effect such as long settling time, overshoot, poor anti-interference ability, etc. According to the mathematical model of the dual-capacity water tank, combined with the advantages of fuzzy control and predictive control, a fuzzy predictive PI controller is proposed. And the corresponding cascade intelligent control system is designed. In the control system, the predictive PI controller is used in the inner loop and the fuzzy predictive PI controller is used in the outer loop. The simulation experiment is carried out in Matlab/Simulink, and the comparative analysis is made with other common control schemes. The results show that the proposed cascade intelligent control system has the advantages of short settling time, non-overshooting, strong robustness, and high control quality.
