摘要
为加快体育强国建设、推进我国冰雪运动“北冰南展”的战略部署,探讨在2022北京冬奥会的背景下,江苏省开展冰雪运动的契机以及将要面临的挑战。通过文献资料法,就南方自然资源和地理位置的劣势、冰雪场馆规模小且数量少、师资力量薄弱、冰雪专业人才匮乏、冰雪运动遇到瓶颈期等问题,提出“因地制宜,鼓励采用仿真冰雪等技术兴建冰雪小镇”“举办形式多样化的冰雪活动”“制定和颁布‘人才引进’政策”“打造‘政校企’合作办学模式”等实施路径,从而加强和巩固南北地区冰雪运动的交流与合作,推动我国冰雪运动在全国范围内的普及与推广,为南方地区开展冰雪运动提供有利参照。
In order to speed up the construction of sports power and promote the strategic deployment of the"North Ice South Exhibition"of ice and snow sports in China,this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of developing ice and snow sports in Jiangsu Province under the background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.Through the literature material law,this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of developing ice and snow sports in Jiangsu Province under the background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.It puts forward"adjusting measures to local conditions,encouraging the use of simulated ice and snow and other technologies to build ice and snow towns"and"holding diversified ice and snow activities""Formulate and promulgate the"talent introduction"policy"and create a"government school enterprise cooperative school running mode",strengthen and consolidate the exchange and cooperation between the north and the south area of ice and snow sports,promote winter sports popularization and promotion,it provides a favorable reference for the development of ice and snow sports in southern China.
