摘要
培养符合我国生物发酵行业需求的应用型人才对行业发展十分重要。《微生物工程》课程作为生物技术专业的核心必修课,对提高学生的实践能力和创新能力具有重要意义。在新时代应用型高校转型背景下,以地方应用型本科院校《微生物工程》课程建设为出发点,从教学模式、教学内容、考核评价以及教学条件等多方面进行了改革与探索,重组了教学内容,丰富了教学方法,重构了实践环节,优化了考核体系,使学生的动手、创新等应用能力得到了全面的提升。
It is very important for the development of bio fermentation industry to cultivate applied talents that meet the needs of China's bio fermentation industry.Microbial engineering is a core required course of biotechnology major,which is of great significance to improve students`practical ability and innovation ability.Under the background of local college application-oriented teaching transformation in the new era,the reform and exploration were carried out from the aspects of teaching content,teaching mode,assessment as well as teaching conditions.The students`innovative and practical abilities have been comprehensively improved by reorganizing teaching content,enriching teaching methods,reconstructing practice training,optimizing assessment system.
