摘要
随着经济社会发展和物质消费水平大幅提高,我国生活垃圾产生量迅速增长,垃圾分类的重要性逐渐被人们所关注,为了找出切实可行、受大众喜爱的公共场所垃圾分类箱的互动体验需求,进而有效改善垃圾分类现状、减少环境污染、提高人居生活环境,本文以KANO模型作为分析工具对现有基于互动体验的新型垃圾分类箱需求进行调研,通过调研和数据分析得出:用户对智能识别垃圾类型、灯光提示协助分类、除臭灭蝇、残液收集、感应开盖、自动压缩这些人性化基础互动功能喜爱度和期望度较高,可在户外分类垃圾箱中加入这些功能以提升废弃物管理效率。
With the economic and social development and the substantial increase in material consumption levels, the amount of domestic waste produced in China is growing rapidly, and the importance of garbage classification has gradually attracted people’s attention. In order to find the interactive experience demand of feasible and popular sorting bins in public places, thereby effectively improving the status quo of garbage classification,reducing environmental pollution, and improving the living environment of human settlements, this study uses the KANO model as an analysis tool to investigate the existing new garbage classification technology based on interactive experience. The study identifies the following methods such as to intelligently identify the type of garbage, assist in the classification of light prompts, deodorization and fly-killing, residual liquid collection, autoinduction opening, automatic compressing as basic humanized interactive functions which are preferred by users, and can be added to outdoor sorting bins to effectively improve waste management efficiency.
