摘要
为了挖掘有健身习惯的空巢青年对家用智能健身椅的核心需求,提出了基于模糊KANO和结构方程模型的设计方法。首先通过用户访谈创建用户需求集;然后将用户需求集通过模糊KANO模型进行筛选,得到需求分类并用来构建用户需求要素分类;最后通过用户需求要素分类构建结构方程模型并进行分析检验,得到最终的11项用户核心需求来进行最终的产品设计。经过家用智能健身椅设计的实践证明模糊KANO和结构方程模型能辅助设计人员挖掘出用户对产品的核心需求,为后来的设计师提供了参考。
In order to excavate the core requirements of empty-nest youths with fitness habits for a household intelligent fitness chair,a design method based on fuzzy KANO and a structural equation model was proposed.Above all,the collection of user requirements is based on the method of the user interview.Then,the fuzzy KANO model was used to screen the user requirements collection,and the classification of requirements was obtained and used to construct the classification of user requirements elements.Finally,the structural equation model is constructed through the classification of user requirements elements and analyzed and texted to get the 11 core requirements for the final product design.Through the practice of the design of a household intelligent fitness chair,it has been proven that fuzzy KANO and structural equation models can help designers excavate the core requirements of the product and provide a reference for later designers.
