摘要
随着基础教育改革的稳步推进,家庭教育的作用日益突出,家校合作成为教育改革的重要一环。家校合作是一项开放性、主动性、非线性的系统性工程,但在协同运转过程中,存在着家校合作意识薄弱、法律制度缺位、形式单一、内容狭窄等问题。基于协同理论的视角,将协同思想引入家校合作问题研究中,分析现阶段家校合作陷入实践困境的原因,从加强家校协同意识、建立家校合作制度、创新家校合作形式、丰富家校合作内容出发,构建有效的多主体协同共育机制,能够进一步优化各子系统间的运行方式,增强家校合作的实效性。
With the steady progress of basic education reform,the role of family education has become increasingly prominent,and home-school cooperation has become an important part of education reform.Home-school cooperation is an open,active and nonlinear systematic project,but in the process of collaborative operation,there are problems such as weak awareness of home-school cooperation,absence of legal system,single form,narrow content and so on.Based on the perspective of coordination theory,introducing the ideas of collaborative parent-school cooperative problem study,this paper analyzes the reason of the present practical difficulties for parent-school cooperative,from strengthening parent-school cooperative consciousness,establishing the parent-school cooperative system,innovation,parent-school cooperative form,parent-school cooperative rich content,build effective mechanism of multi-agent collaboration produced,can then further optimized operation mode between each subsystem,Enhance the effectiveness of home-school cooperation.
