家庭结构对轻度智力障碍儿童心理韧性的影响:父母教养方式的中介作用

摘要 心理韧性可以帮助个体面对困境时良好适应。采用《青少年心理韧性量表》、修订的《父母教养方式问卷》,对150名轻度智力障碍儿童进行调查研究,探讨家庭结构对轻度智力障碍儿童心理韧性的影响。结果显示,不同家庭结构、是否独生子女的轻度智力障碍儿童在心理韧性方面差异不显著,但是在父母教养方式方面存在显著差异;家庭结构不能显著预测轻度智力障碍儿童心理韧性;轻度智力障碍儿童的父母教养方式在家庭结构对其心理韧性的影响中有显著的中介作用,其中单亲家庭中父母亲更多采用过度保护教养方式,进而负向预测心理韧性;而双亲家庭中父母亲更多采用关心、自主教养方式,进而正向预测心理韧性。基于以上研究结果,建议加强对轻度智力障碍儿童父母教养方式的科学干预,以提升轻度智力障碍儿童的心理韧性水平,促进其社会适应。 Mental resilience can help individuals adapt well to difficult situations.In order to investigate the influence of family structure on mental resilience of children with mild intellectual disability,150 children with mild intellectual disability were investigated by using the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA)and the revised Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI).The results showed that:There were no significant differences in resilience among children with mild intellectual disability with different family structure and whether they were only children,but there were significant differences in parenting styles;Family structure could not significantly predict the resilience of children with mild intellectual impairment;The parenting style of children with mild intellectual disability had a significant mediating effect on the influence of family structure on their resilience.Parents in single-parent families tend to adopt overprotective parenting style,which can negatively predict mental toughness,while parents in two-parent families tend to adopt caring and autonomous parenting style,which can positively predict mental toughness.The study suggests to strengthen the scientific intervention on the parenting style of children with mild intellectual impairment,in order to improve the level of resilience of children with mild intellectual impairment and promote their social adaptation.
