摘要
高等职业教育需要重视教学质量的提升。对高职院校的发展来说,职业院校教育教学质量保障体系的建立具有至关重要的作用,做好职业院校教育教学质量保障监控指标体系能够提升人才培养的质量,满足社会对人才的需求。阐述了基于系统论的高职院校教育教学质量保障体系概念、构建职业院校教育教学质量保障体系的原则、产教融合环境下高职教学质量保障体系构建的意义、基于产教融合的高职教学质量保障体系存在的问题、职业院校教育教学质量保障体系的基本要素及职业院校教育教学质量保障体系的运行,希望能为职业院校教育教学质量保障体系作用的发挥提供参考。
Higher vocational education needs to pay attention to the improvement of teaching quality.For the development of higher vocational colleges,the establishment of the teaching quality guarantee system in vocational colleges plays a vital role.The good design of the monitoring index system of the teaching quality guarantee in vocational colleges can improve the quality of talent training and meet the needs of the society.This paper describes the concept of the teaching quality guarantee system in higher vocational colleges based on the system theory,the principles of constructing the teaching quality guarantee system in vocational colleges,the significance of the construction of a higher vocational teaching quality guarantee system under the environment of the integration of industry and education,the problems in the teaching quality guarantee system of vocational colleges,the basic elements of the teaching quality guarantee system,and the operation of the teaching quality guarantee system of vocational colleges,hoping to provide references for the construction of the teaching quality guarantee system of vocational colleges.
