摘要
儿童疫苗接种是儿科住院医师规范化培训要求掌握的内容,一般将其归为儿童保健科的教学内容,但疫苗接种与传染病防控密不可分,是传染病的有效预防措施,也属于感染科的教学范畴。深圳市儿童医院感染科探讨将疫苗接种融入住院医师规范化培训的教学模式,并逐步建立了具体实施方案。经过3年多的教学实践,取得了良好的应用效果。将疫苗接种融入感染科的教学模式有助于住院医师树立预防为主、医防融合的理念,培养具有预防保健意识及公共卫生能力的新时代医学人才,此教学模式可行有效,值得推广。
Child vaccination is the content required for standardized training of pediatric resident physicians.It is generally classified as the teaching content of the Children's Health Department.However,vaccination is inseparable from prevention and control of infectious diseases.It is an effective preventive measure for infectious diseases and also belongs to the teaching category of the infection department.The Infection Department of Shenzhen Children's Hospital explored the teaching model of integrating vaccination into the standardized residency training,and gradually established a specific implementation plan.After more than 3 years of teaching practice,good results have been achieved.The teaching model of integrating vaccination into the standardized residency training in the Infection Department helps the residents establish the concept of prevention first,medical prevention integration,and cultivates a new generation of medical talents with preventive health awareness and public health capabilities.This teaching model is feasible,effective and worthy of promotion.
