摘要
目的了解上海市预防接种人员对特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种的认知水平。方法于2022年7月选择上海市所有预防接种门诊的工作人员开展问卷调查,分析特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识水平及其影响因素。结果3006名研究对象对15项特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识的回答正确率为47.47%-99.20%,其中3项基本概念、7项疫苗接种禁忌证、5项疫苗接种实施知识的回答正确率分别为86.83%-90.65%、51.30%-99.20%、47.47%-65.74%。研究对象相关知识的总平均得分[中位数(四分位数间距)]为11.0(9.0-13.0)分;多重线性回归分析显示接种门诊类型、文化程度、专业、职称、是否遇到过特殊健康状态儿童是研究对象相关知识得分的影响因素。结论上海市预防接种人员对特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种的认知水平在不同知识类型和不同特征人员之间存在差异;需加强对预防接种人员特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识培训。
Objective To explore the level of knowledge of vaccination staff in Shanghai about immunization of children with special health status.Methods We conducted a questionnaire-based survey of all vaccination clinic staff in Shanghai in July 2022 to determine their level of knowledge about immunization of children with special health status and factors influencing this knowledge.Results Among 3006 staff,correct answer rates for 15 knowledge items ranged from 47.47%to 99.20%;correct answer rates for 3 items about basic concepts,7 items about vaccination contraindications,and 5 items about vaccination implementation ranged 86.83%to 90.65%,51.30%to 99.20%,and 47.47%to 65.74%,respectively.The overall median score(interquartile range)for relevant knowledge was 11.0(9.0-13.0).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that vaccination clinic type,education level,major,professional title,and whether the respondent had ever met children with special health status influenced knowledge.Conclusions The level of knowledge among immunization staff about vaccinating children with special health status varied by vaccination topic.It is necessary to strengthen training of vaccination staff about immunization of children with special health status.
