摘要
本研究对近十年来国内外心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)患者接种流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗研究进行综述,涵盖了急性冠状动脉综合征、心绞痛、心肌梗死及心力衰竭等患者疫苗接种有效性的相关研究,以及现有指南或者疫苗接种建议关于CVD患者流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗接种的建议。接种流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗可降低CVD患者的心血管事件发生率和死亡风险,提高生存率。流感疫苗和肺炎球菌疫苗联合接种保护作用更加显著。国内外权威指南、共识等均推荐CVD患者优先进行疫苗接种,并将其纳入二级预防策略。我国老年人预防接种服务可及性差,CVD患者疫苗接种率较低。未来应采取有效的措施加强健康教育和知识普及,积极提高疫苗接种率,切实改善CVD患者的生存现状和预后。
This review summarizes the research on the administration of influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine in patients with cardiovascular disease,both domestically and internationally.It covers studies on the effectiveness of vaccine administration in patients with acute coronary syndrome,angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,and heart failure,as well as existing guidelines or recommendations for influenza and pneumococcal vaccination in patients with cardiovascular disease.The results showed that the influenza and pneumococcal vaccination could significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality risk and improve the survival rate of patients with cardiovascular disease.The protective effect of influenza and pneumococcal vaccine is more significant when the influenza and pneumococcal vaccines are administered together.Authoritative guidelines and consensus statements,both domestic and overseas,all recommend prioritizing vaccination in patients with cardiovascular disease and incorporating it into secondary prevention strategies.However,the accessibility of preventive vaccination services for the elderly in China is poor,and the vaccination rate among patients with cardiovascular disease is low.In the future,effective measures should be taken to strengthen health education and knowledge popularization,actively improve vaccine coverage rates,and improve the current status and prognosis of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
