长焰煤自燃指标气体特征分析 被引量:7

摘要 以新安煤矿6^(#)煤层为研究对象,为了探索长焰煤低温氧化过程中指标性气体释放规律,采用程序升温系统对不同粒径的煤样分别进行升温实验,使用气相色谱仪对升温过程中的生成气体和煤样耗氧量进行分析,得出矿井煤层自燃特征规律。实验结果表明:新安煤矿6^(#)煤层煤氧化产生CO、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)气体的浓度随温度升高呈指数规律增加;气体产生速率与煤粒径大小有关,即粒径越小,产生速率越快,且温度越高,产生量越高,其中CO、C_(2)H_(4)可作为煤矿煤自燃预测预报的重要指标气体,而C_(2)H_(6)不适宜。采用指标气体的出现温度,以及指标气体和煤样耗氧量变化率,最终判断出煤自燃的临界温度60℃~80℃。 The No.6 coal seam of Xin′an coal mine is taken as the research object.In order to explore the release law of index gas in the process of low temperature oxidation of coal,the heating experiments of coal samples with different particle sizes are carried out by temperature programmed system.The generated gas and oxygen consumption of coal samples in the heating process are analyzed by gas chromatography,and the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seam are obtained.The experimental results show that the concentration of CO,C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(6) gas produced by coal oxidation in No.6 coal seam of Xin′an coal mine increases exponentially with temperature.The gas production rate is related to the particle size.The smaller the particle size is,the more the production is,and the higher the temperature is,the higher the production rate is.Among them,CO and C_(2)H_(4) can be used as important indicators for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion in coal mines,while C_(2)H_(6) is not suitable.The critical temperature range of coal spontaneous combustion is determined to be 60℃to 80℃by using the occurrence temperature of the index gas and the change rate of the index gas and the oxygen consumption of coal samples.
