低温氧化对低阶煤煤质特性的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究低温氧化作用对低阶煤煤质特性的影响,选取容易自燃的新疆哈密煤为研究对象,使用固定床管式炉模拟了低温氧化过程,通过测定不同氧化程度下煤的水分、挥发分、碳元素、氧元素及吸氧量,研究了低温氧化对煤质特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,煤的低温氧化过程伴随水分的不断析出与复吸,氧化温度对挥发分的影响敏感性高于氧化时间;低温氧化过程中氧化时间和氧化温度对碳元素、氧元素影响显著;吸氧量随氧化时间的增加呈现先上升后下降再上升趋势,随氧化温度的增加呈现缓慢下降趋势。 In order to explore the effect of low-temperature oxidation on the coal quality characteristics of low rank coal,taking the easy self-ignitable coal from Xinjiang Hami as the research object,the low-temperature oxidation process was simulated by fixed bed tubular furnace,and the effect of low-temperature oxidation on the coal quality properties was studied by measuring the moisture,volatiles,carbon element,oxygen element and oxygen absorbed of coal under different oxidation degrees.The results show that the low-temperature oxidation process of coal is accompanied by the continuous precipitation and reabsorption of moisture,and the influence of oxidation temperature on volatiles is more sensitive than that of oxidation time.In the process of low-temperature oxidation,oxidation time and temperature have significant effects on carbon and oxygen element.The oxygen absorbed presents a change trend of increase-decrease-increase with the increase of oxidation time,while it decreased slowly with the increase of oxidation temperature.
