摘要
本文建立了单位产品碳限额与总量碳限额两种情形下,考虑是否技术减排投资时企业的最优生产决策模型,分析了单位产品碳限额和总量碳限额机制下技术减排投资对企业利润及碳排放的影响。研究结论表明:无论单位产品碳限额还是总量碳限额,碳减排量均一致,且与是否技术减排无关,碳减排量随碳限额程度的增加而呈线性增加;在总量碳限额情况下,企业是否技术减排投资取决于碳限额程度;技术减排时,单位碳限额较总量碳限额时企业利润高。
This paper establishes the optimal production decision-making models for enterprises considering whether to invest in technology emission reduction under carbon quota per unit product and total carbon quota,and analyses the impact of technology emission reduction investment on enterprise profits and carbon emissions under carbon quota per unit product and total carbon quota mechanism.The research conclusion shows that the carbon emission reduction amount is the same regardless of the carbon quota per unit product or the total carbon quota,and has nothing to do with technology emission reduction.The carbon emission reduction amount increases linearly with the increase of the carbon quota degree;in the case of total carbon quota,whether the enterprise invests in technology emission reduction depends on the degree of carbon quota;in the case of technology emission reduction,the profit of enterprise is higher than that of total carbon quota.
