摘要
针对装甲车辆行星汇流排出现齿轮齿根裂纹箱体表面振动信号特征规律不清,基于Solidworks、ADAMS及ANSYS软件建立了汇流行星排刚柔耦合动力学模型,首先通过行星汇流排各组成部件的角速度信号理论值与仿真值对比分析,验证汇流行星排刚柔耦合模型的正确性。然后分析给定工况下汇流排的仿真接触力及箱体表面振动加速度信号随行星齿轮裂纹加深的变化特性。结果表明:齿轮产生裂纹时,振动信号频谱会出现故障齿轮的啮合频率及其倍频等典型特征频带。
In order to obtain the characteristics of vibration signal on the surface of the gearbox for conflux planetary gearset when the cracks at the root of tooth appeared,the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model was established based on SolidWorks,Adams and ANSYS.The accuracy of the model was verified by angular displacement signal of conflux planetary gearset.The relationship between the tooth contact force,the vibration acceleration signal of the box surface and the different degrees of cracks at the root was analyzed.The results show that the characteristic frequency band of the vibration signal spectrum will appear when the cracks occur.
