摘要
数字化转型背景下,新旧产业的碰撞融合使企业处于动荡不安的环境之中,企业更加需要依靠技术标准的稳定性来化解环境风险。加入技术标准联盟开展标准化合作,便成为创新驱动数字化转型的必然选择。文章从知识转移视角入手,聚焦于技术标准联盟情境探究影响其知识转移效能的相关因素,绘制战略性知识矩阵来展示其知识类型及现实特征,并依据"形成动因—运行逻辑—流动路径"的思路剖析技术标准联盟知识转移的作用机理,据此提出相应的联盟治理策略,以此为优化知识转移效能提供支持。
In the context of digital transformation,the collision and integration of new and old industries has put companies in turbulent environmental conditions,and companies need to rely on the stability of technical standards to resolve environmental risks.Carrying out standardization cooperation by participating in technical standards alliances has become an inevitable choice for innovation-driven digital transformation.This paper is based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,focusing on the situation of technical standards alliance to explore the relevant factors affecting its knowledge transfer efficiency,drawing a strategic knowledge matrix to show its knowledge types and practical characteristics,and then analyzes the mechanism of knowledge transfer in technical standards alliances based on the idea of"formation motivation-operation logic-flow path".Thus,the corresponding technical standards alliance governance strategy is proposed,so as to provide support for optimizing the efficiency and of knowledge transfer.
