摘要
包括碳达峰、碳中和在内的“双碳”是党中央、国务院顺应时代大势、基于中国国情所制定的未来发展目标,而城市工业空间转型成功与否,是能否顺利实现“双碳”目标的关键。目前城市工业空间因拆除造成的建筑垃圾污染、因重建造成的建筑材料与能源耗费以及“拆-建”过程中造成的工业资源的浪费,形成了一系列高碳排放问题。因此,在优化策略上需要先以再利用观念转型推动城市工业空间转型,再以城市工业空间转型促进城市产业结构转型。其中,工业遗产保护更新提供了重要的选择路径:一是文旅复合空间路径;二是城镇住宅利用路径;三是社区参与修复路径;四是园区更新改造路径。
“Dual carbon”,including carbon peak and carbon neutrality,is the future development goal formulated by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council in accordance with the general trend of the times and based on China’s national conditions.The success of urban industrial space transformation is the key to the smooth realization of the“dual carbon”goal.At present,the pollution of construction waste caused by demolition of urban industrial space,the consumption of building materials and energy due to reconstruction,and the waste of industrial resources caused by the“demolition-construc⁃tion”process have formed a series of high carbon emission problems.Therefore,in the optimization strategy,it is necessary to first promote the transformation of urban industrial space with the transformation of reuse concepts,and then promote the transfor⁃mation of urban industrial structure with the transformation of urban industrial space.The paper holds that the protection and re⁃newal of industrial heritage provides important alternative paths:the first is the path of cultural and tourism complex space;the second is the path of urban residential use;the third is the path of community participation in restoration;the fourth is the path of park renewal and transformation.
