摘要
近年来,农村公共文化服务供需失衡已成为国内学界关注的焦点问题。关于农村公共文化服务供需失衡,学界形成了系统性整体的研究框架,从供需结合辨析供需失衡、从总量、结构和空间表现供需失衡、从"供不适需"探源供需失衡、从"以供适需"突围供需失衡、从供需契合开展绩效评估五个方面,展开研究并取得丰硕成果,为拓深此研究和指导实践奠定了重要理论基础。但是这一框架以供给侧结构性矛盾为主导逻辑进路,容易造成农村公共文化服务需求侧管理的失语。在新发展格局构建过程中,农村公共文化服务供需关系研究需转向更高水平动态平衡的供需两侧互动研究上,突出需求侧管理,从而为农村公共文化服务高质量发展提供新的方法论启示。参考文献74。
In recent years the imbalance between supply and demand of rural public cultural services has become the focus of domestic academic circles. About rural public cultural service imbalance between supply and demand academic circles formed the systematic integrity research framework this paper conducts research and achieved fruitful results from such five aspects as distinguishing the imbalance between supply and demand from the combination of supply and demand revealing imbalance between supply and demand from the for demand breaking through imbalance between supply and demand from.supply suitable for demand and conducting performance evaluation from the agreement of supply with demand thus to lay an important theoretical foundation for expanding the research and guide practice. However this framework takes the supply-side structural contradictions as the leading logical approach which is easy to cause the aphasia of the demand-side management of rural public cultural services. In the process of building a new development pattern the research of the supply and demand relationship between rural public cultural services should turn to a higher level of dynamic balanced supply and demand interactive research highlighting the demand-side management so as to provide new methodological inspiration forthe high-quality development of rural public cultural services. 74 refs.
