摘要
采用文献资料等研究方法,对德国职业足球俱乐部青训模式的产生及运行特点进行探究。研究发现:20世纪90年代的几次竞技成绩起伏促进了德国职业足球俱乐部青训模式的持续改革,其青训模式主要包括培养目标与理念、运行特点以及保障体系等三大部分,该青训计划有效弥补了德国足球后备人才队伍建设不足,促进了德国足球在国内外的再度崛起,有效完善了德国职业足球俱乐部青训保障体系。在总结归纳该模式中的基础上,针对我国的青训现实,归纳出以下若干启示:在我国的足球青少年人才培养方面坚持走体教融合之路;改革足球俱乐部青少年人才选拔体系;形成多元融合的足球青少年培养模式;完善青少年足球俱乐部教练员队伍建设;破除青少年足球竞赛体系碎片化彼此分割的局面;建立我国青少年足球俱乐部培养质量认证体系等。
With the literature as the main research method,this paper studies the emergence and characteristics of the youth training mode of German professional football clubs.It is found that several ups and downs of competitive achievements in the 1990s have promoted the continuous reform of the youth training mode of German professional football clubs,which mainly includes three main parts:training objectives and concepts,operating characteristics and security system,effectively alleviating the shortage of the construction of German football reserve talents;promoting the re-emergence of German football at home and abroad.It has effectively improved the youth training guarantee system of German professional football clubs.The study also puts forward several enlightenment from the youth training model of German professional football clubs to our country:establishing a new concept of three-dimensional education and integration of football club youth talent training,reform the football club youth talent selection system;forming a diversified and integrated football youth training model;improving youth football club coaches team building;breaking the fragmentation of the youth football competition system;establishing a youth football club training quality certification system,etc.
