摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对英、德两国足球后备人才培养模式进行研究。研究发现:英、德两国足球后备人才培养采取的是以俱乐部为主、学校为辅、国家统筹规划的模式。两国先进的足球培养理念为后备人才的成长指明了方向,发展计划为后备人才培养找到了成才道路。为保障后备人培养成效,两国搭建了完善的竞赛体系、实施严格的教练制度、开拓多元的经费资助渠道、采取科学的球员评价措施。英、德两国足球后备人才培养对我国的启示:(1)树立先进的足球人才培养理念,遵循足球发展规律;(2)制订人才培养规划,尊重人才成长规律;(3)完善足球竞赛体系,提升人才竞技水平;(4)加强教练员队伍建设,为人才培养保驾护航;(5)拓展多元经费资助渠道,保证人才培养需求;(6)注重质量监控与评价,提升人才培养成效。
This paper studies the training mode of football reserve talents in Britain and Germany by using the research methods such as literature materials and logical analysis.The research found that the training of football reserve talents in Britain and Ger-many is based on the mode of club-based,school-assisted,and national overall planning;The advanced football training con-cepts of Britain and Germany have pointed out the direction for the growth of reserve talents,and the development plan has found a path to success for the training of reserve talents;In order to ensure the effectiveness of reserve training,Britain and Germany have established a complete competition system,implemented a strict coaching system,developed a variety of funding chan-nels,and adopted scientific player evaluation measures.The enlightenment of the training of football reserve talents in Britain and Germany to my country is:(1)establish an advanced football training concept and follow the law of football development;(2)formulate talent training plans and respect the law of talent growth;(3)improve the football competition system and en-hance the ability of talents to compete;(4)strengthen the construction of coaches and ensure the training of reserve talents;(5)expand multiple funding channels to ensure talent training needs;(6)pay attention to quality monitoring and evaluation to im-prove the effectiveness of talent training。
