摘要
内容与语言整合性学习(CLIL)等专门用途英语教学理论的发展,对外语复合型人才的培养,尤其是对高校涉外法律英语人才的培养具有积极的启发意义。基于CLIL教学理念,结合司法部和教育部联合发布的法律硕士专业学位(涉外律师)研究生指导性培养方案,针对目前开设独立的法律英语专业尚不具备条件的院校所采用的突破传统的英语加法学一体化双专业的交叉学科培养模式,提出优化培养计划的建议,具体体现为设置法律英语系列课程、法学与英语两个学科以及涉外法律实践课堂平行并重,以实现内容与语言的有机交叉整合,提升人才培养的有效性。
The development of pedagogical theories of ESP,particularly CLIL(Content and Language Integrated Learning),has positively enlightened the cultivation of international interdisciplinary talents,especially international legal talents,for higher institutions.Based on CLIL,and combined with an analysis of the Guidance for the Curriculum of Master of Professional International Legal Studies(International Lawyer)issued by the Education Department of China,this paper offers suggestions to optimize the current joint cultivation model of Foreign Language School and Law School,that is,establishing series of Legal English courses,prioritizing both law and language disciplines,as well as strengthening appropriate practical courses,so as to make the cultivation of international legal talents more effective through more integrated learning of law and English and pave the way for establishing an independent and qualified Legal English Department.
