摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中Nrf2(nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2)蛋白的表达,及其与临床病理学指标的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测108例NSCLC组织中Nrf2蛋白的表达,并分析Nrf2的表达与患者吸烟、肿瘤的大小、癌的组织学类型、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移的关系。结果:108例NSCLC组织Nrf2的阳性率为30.5%,明显癌旁高于支气管和肺泡上皮组织的6.2%(P=0.000);男性组、重度吸烟组、鳞癌组的Nrf2阳性率分别明显高于女性组、轻吸烟或无吸烟组、腺癌组(P<0.05);Nrf2的阳性率均与肿瘤的大小、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移等无关(P>0.05)。结论:Nrf2可能在NSCLC的发生发展中发挥着作用。 Objective:To detect the expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2(Nrf2)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and its relationship with clinicopathologic data. Methods:We determined the immunohistochemical expression of nuclear Nrf2 in 108 NSCLCs and its association with patients. clinicopathologic characteristics,including smoking,tumor size,histological type,differentiation,lymphoid metastasis. Results:The expressive rate of Nrf2 was30.5% in 108 NCSLCs,which was significantly higher than that in the bronchial and alveolar epithelium(P<0.05). Expressive rate of Nrf2 was significantly higher in the male,in the heavy smokers,and in the squamous cell carcinomas than that in the female,slight-smokers or non-smokers,and the adenocarcinomas,respectively(P<0.05). No relationship was found between the expression of Nrf2 and tumor size,histological type,lymphoid metastasis(P>0.05). Conclusion:Nrf2 protein may play a role in the carcinogenesis and the development of NSCLC.
