摘要
为了研究人类核转录因子红细胞系2p45相关因子(nuclear factor erythrioid-2p45 related factor 2,Nrf2)与线粒体转录因子A(mitochondrial transcription factor A,TFAM)对前列腺癌发生发展的影响,本研究选取了本院2014年4月至2016年4月52例经手术切除或经病理穿刺得到的前列腺癌组织标本作为研究对象,通过免疫组化检测了Nrf2与TFAM在前列腺癌组织中的表达情况,并应用Spearman等级相关分析验证了Nrf2、TFAM表达强度与Gleason评分的关系以及Nrf2表达强度与TFAM表达强度之间的关系。研究发现,Nrf2表达强度与Gleason评分呈正相关关系(p=0.007),相关系数r=0.471,相关性具有统计学意义(p=0.007);TFAM表达强度与Gleason评分呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.623,相关性具有统计学意义(p=0.000);Nrf2与TFAM二者表达情况呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.482,相关性具有统计学意义(p=0.003)。我们的研究证明了Nrf2与TFAM二者是前列腺癌的发生发展的因素之一,且Nrf2与TFAM可能通过同一通路参与前列腺癌的发生发展。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of nuclear factor erythrioid-2 p45 related factor 2(Nrf2) and mitochondrial transcription factor A(TFAM) on the occurrence and development of prostate cancer. In this study, 52 cases of prostate cancer specimens obtained by surgical resection or pathological biopsy in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the objects of study. The expressions of Nrf2 and TFAM in prostate cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression intensity of Nrf2, TFAM and Gleason score, as well as the relationship between the expression intensity of Nrf2 and TFAM were validated by Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed that the expression intensity of Nrf2 was positively correlated with the Gleason score(p=0.007), the correlation coefficient was r=0.471, and the correlation was statistically significant(p=0.007). The expression intensity of TFAM was positively correlated with Gleason score, the correlation coefficient was r=0.623, and the correlation was statistically significant(p=0.000). There was a positive correlation between the expression of Nrf2 and TFAM, the correlation coefficient was r =0.482, and the correlation was statistically significant(p=0.003). Our study demonstrated that Nrf2 and TFAM might be the factors that contribute to the occurrence and development of prostate cancer, and Nrf2 and TFAM might participate in the development of prostate cancer through the same pathway.
