摘要 线粒体转录因子A(mitochondrial transcription factor A,TFAM)是一种由核基因编码的高迁移率族蛋白,在细胞质内合成后与HSP60-70复合体结合转运至线粒体内发挥作用。TFAM可调控线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)的复制和转录,具有结合和缠绕mtDNA及解螺旋能力,与mtDNA拟核结构的形成、mtDNA的修复和维持mtDNA的稳定性密切相关。论文就TFAM的调控、TFAM与mtDNA相互作用、TFAM定向疗法以及对线粒体的保护作用等方面的相关研究进行了概述。 Mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) encoded by nuclear genes is a member ot the high mobility group (HMG) which is transported to mitochondria by binding with HSP60-70 complex.Firstly, TFAM plays a pronounced role in regulating the replication and transcription of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) as well as binding,twining and unwinding mtDNA. Secondly,TFAM is responsibility for nucleoids structure formation and maintains the stability of mtDNA. With respect to the regulation of TFAM for treatment, the interaction of TFAM and mtDNA, and it's function on the protection of mitochondrial were reviewed in this paper.
