摘要
目的2型糖尿病患者施以达格列净与瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗,观察对患者的影响。方法选择泗洪县人民医院内分泌科2019年6月—2021年3月收治的60例患者作为观察对象,随机数字法对患者分组,对照组施以瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法基础上联合达格列净治疗,对比两组患者疾病治疗有效率及、血糖指标、胰岛素水平、生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者餐前血糖及餐后2 h血糖对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者餐前血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,组间空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h胰岛素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h胰岛素水平指标均优于对照组;观察组疾病治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组疾病治疗有效率为70.00%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病在治疗过程中,施以达格列净与瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗有利于改善患者临床血糖及胰岛素水平,提升糖尿病疾病治疗有效率及患者生活质量,该联合治疗方法具有临床应用价值。
Objective Type 2 diabetes patients were treated with dapagliflozin and repaglinide combined with insulin glargine to observe the effect on the patients.Methods Sixty patients admitted to the endocrinology department of Sihong County People’s Hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as observation objects.The patients were grouped by random numbers.The control group was treated with repaglinide combined with insulin glargine,and the observation group was based on the treatment method of the control group,combined with dapagliflozin treatment,the effective rate of disease treatment,blood glucose index,insulin level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients'pre-meal blood glucose and 2 h post-prandial blood glucose(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group's blood glucose before meal and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting insulin and 2 h postprandial insulin levels between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group fasting insulin and 2 h postprandial Insulin level indicators were better than those of the control group;the effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,and the effective rate of disease treatment in the control group was 70.00%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes,the treatment of dapagliflozin and repaglinide combined with insulin glargine is beneficial to improve the clinical blood glucose and insulin levels of patients,and improve the effective rate of treatment of
