西格列汀联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的血糖控制、骨代谢及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Sitagliptin Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose Control,Bone Metabolism and Vascular Endothelial Function in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨西格列汀联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的血糖控制、骨代谢及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2021年5月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。比较两组治疗前后血糖控制情况、骨代谢指标变化及血管内皮功能变化,统计两组治疗期间并发症。结果治疗后观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于干预前和干预后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组碱性磷酸酶及骨降钙素水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽水平则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组ET-1水平基本恢复正常,且显著低于治疗前及治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组NO水平基本恢复正常,且显著高于治疗前及治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组发生低血糖、高渗性昏迷、酮症酸中毒及乳酸性酸中毒的总比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者,使用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,能有效地控制血糖稳定,改善骨代谢指标,发挥血管内皮保护功能,且治疗后可有效降低糖尿病相关并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the effects of sitagliptin combined with metformin on blood glucose control, bone metabolism and vascular endothelial function in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each with 50 cases. The blood glucose control, changes in bone metabolism indexes and changes in vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the complications during treatment were counted. Results After treatment, the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than before intervention and the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of serum type I collagen cross-linked carboxy-terminal peptide was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of ET-1 in the observation group basically returned to normal, and was significantly lower than before intervention and the control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the NO level in the observation group basically returned to normal, and was significantly higher than before intervention and the control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total proportion of hypoglycemia, hyperosmolar coma, ketoacidosis and lactic acidosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signific
