摘要
铰间隙和连杆柔性是影响机构动力学性能的主要因素,其决定了机构运行的可靠性。以曲柄连杆机构为对象,采用Lagrange乘子法建立了耦合连杆铰间隙和连杆柔性作用的动力学模型。在此基础上,系统研究了间隙大小、连杆柔性及其耦合作用对机构动力学输出响应的影响。结果表明,同一运转周期内,碰撞主要集中在运动前期靠近曲柄或连杆的两侧;间隙增大,加剧铰接构件间的碰撞,碰撞力和相互嵌入深度的振荡幅值明显增大,会降低轴心轨迹的稳定性;适当的构件柔性处理可以缓和间隙引起的碰撞冲击。
Clearance joint and connecting rod flexibility are main factors that affect the dynamics perfor⁃mance of mechanism,which determine the reliability of mechanism operation.Crank and connecting rod mecha⁃nism as the object,the Lagrange multiplier method is used to establish the dynamics model of coupling connect⁃ing rod joint clearance and connecting rod flexible action.On this basis,the influence of clearance size,connect⁃ing rod flexibility and their coupling on the mechanism dynamics output response is systematically studied.The results show that,within the same cycle,the collisions are mainly concentrated in the early stage of the campaign close to the two sides of the crank,the connecting rod clearance increases,the collision between articulated com⁃ponents intensify,the oscillation amplitude of impact force and the embedding depth of increase obviously,and the stability of the axis trajectory is reduced,and the appropriate component flexible processing can reduce colli⁃sions caused by clearance joint.
