摘要
针对低温校准装置中导热介质对校准结果的影响进行了研究,介绍了研制的低温传感器校准装置,分析了低温温度传感器的校准装置中传感器与恒温块之间空气间隙大小对校准结果的影响,以及向缝隙中填充不同导热介质对低温校准结果的影响,理论分析了产生误差的原因并通过实验给出了其校准不确定度。针对存在的问题给出了合理建议和解决方法,优化校准方案,给出了减小低温校准装置校准不确定度的方法。
The influence of heat-conducting medium on calibration results in low temperature calibration device is studied.The low temperature sensor calibration device is introduced.The influence of the air gap between the low temperature sensor and the constant temperature block on the calibration resultsand the effect of filling the gap with different thermal conductivity medium on low temperature calibration results are analyzed.The reason of error is theoretically analyzed,and the calibration uncertainty is given by experiments.In view of the existing problems,reasonable suggestions and solutions are given,the calibration scheme is optimized,and the method to reduce the calibration uncertainty of low temperature calibration device is presented.
