摘要
文章应用西门子S7-300可编程序控制器设计一个一维模糊控制器,将模糊控制器的模糊输出反模糊化后化为实际输出到可控硅,通过改变可控硅的输出来达到控制中位水箱温度的模糊控制。通过在组态王中的参数连接与设置,实现温度运行画面的监测,运行结果证实了设计的一维模糊控制器能精确控制中位水箱温度,获得了优良的效果。
A 1-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed and implemented in the programmed logic controller of Siemens S7 - 300. The physical output is a defuzzified fuzzy output, and used to control the SCR. By changing the output of the SCR, we can control the temperature of the middle tank. With setting the parameters, the software "Kingview" is used to monitor the temperature data. The implementing result proves that control of temperature for the middle tank is effective.
