摘要
肉牛是非伤寒性沙门氏菌的主要带菌体和感染源,肉牛沙门氏菌病不仅危害畜体健康,并且给人类健康和公共卫生安全带来严峻挑战。肉牛沙门氏菌病的防治难点主要在于病原菌易传播,血清型的复杂性,以及养殖、加工和销售中的操作不规范。现介绍沙门氏菌的血清型,沙门氏菌感染肉牛的致病机理、症状、传播因素和诊断技术,旨在为肉牛产业中沙门氏菌病的有效预防和深度研究提供参考。
Beef cattle are the main carrier and source of infection of non-typhoid Salmonella.Salmonellosis does not only damages livestock,but also challenges human health and public health safety in the food production chain.The difficulties in the prevention and treatment of beef cattle salmonellosis mainly due to the complexity of its serotype,easy spreading and the irregular operations in of cattle breeding,processing and selling.In this review,we introduced the serotype of Salmonella,the pathogenic mechanism,symptoms and transmission of beef cattle salmonellosis,and diagnostic technology of bovine salmonellosis.We aim to provide reference for the prevention and further research in beef cattle industry.
