摘要
牛大量使用抗生素抵抗沙门氏菌感染导致其对沙门氏菌的耐药种类和多重耐药菌株日益增加。病原菌耐药性的增长阻碍动物疾病的有效治疗,严重影响其经济性能,甚至威胁人类健康。牛沙门氏菌病的病原体具有多种血清型,菌株的多重耐药性已广泛存在。现重点介绍牛沙门氏菌的多重耐药表型,以及潜在的抗沙门氏菌的抗生素替代物等,希望为有效治疗和防控牛沙门氏菌病提供参考。
The extensive use of antibiotics to resist Salmonella has led to an increasing number of resistant type and multidrug resistant strains(MDR)of Salmonella.The increase drug resistance of Salmonella hinders the cure of animal diseases,seriously affects its economic performance,and even threatens human health.Bovine Salmonella has a variety of serotypes,and the multi-drug resistance of the strains has been widespread.In this review,we focuses on the multi-drug-resistant phenotype of Salmonella in cattle,and potential antibiotic alternatives.We hope to provide references for effective treatment and prevention of bovine salmonellosis.
