摘要
随着手机技术的不断进步,对手机用盖板超薄玻璃的强度要求也越来越高,落球冲击试验是超薄玻璃重要的标准指标之一,但落球冲击试验定位精度很难保证。采用高精度模组自动定位的方法进行试验机设计,从根本上改变传统人工定位的模式,通过三坐标运动自动定位到指定九点,并提出防二次冲击的新方案。规范了试验的过程及要求,并对冲击试验过程进行有限元仿真。使落球冲击试验效率大幅度提升,并且定位精度完全满足试验标准的要求。
With the development of mobile phone technology,the strength of ultra-thin glass for mobile phone cover is required more and more.The drop-ball impact test is one of the important standard indexes of ultra-thin glass,but it is difficult to guarantee the location accuracy of the drop-ball impact test.In this paper,the method of high-precision module automatic positioning is used to design the testing machine,the traditional manual positioning mode is changed fundamentally,and the three-coordinate motion automatic positioning is used to the appointed nine points,and a new scheme to prevent the second shock is put forward.The process and requirement of impact test are standardized,and the process of impact test is simulated by finite element method.The efficiency of drop ball impact test is greatly improved,and the positioning accuracy fully meets the requirements oftest standards.
