摘要
随着超薄玻璃在手机、显示器等电子产品上的广泛应用,未来曲面异形、高强度、多功能化是其主流发展方向。超薄玻璃波纹板作为一种多曲面弯曲玻璃,其制造难度大,强度低。对超薄玻璃波纹板的热弯和化学增强技术进行研究,成功制备了高强度超薄玻璃波纹板,对超薄曲面玻璃热弯及增强技术的发展具有一定的指导意义。
With the wide application of ultra-thin glass in mobile phones,displays and other electronic products,special-shaped,high-strength and multifunctionality will be the mainstream development direction in the future.As a kind of multi-curved glass,ultra-thin corrugated glass plate is difficult to manufacture and has low strength,the hot bending and chemical strengthening technology of ultra-thin corrugated glass plate were studied,and the high strength ultra-thin corrugated glass plate was successfully prepared.The result has certain guiding significance for the development of hot bending and strengthening technology of ultra-thin curved glass.
