摘要
随着数字化技术的不断发展,手机、平板等电子设备已经成为生产生活中不可或缺的工具。此类设备上的盖板玻璃在日常使用中经常出现意外碎裂的情况,这是玻璃材料的抗冲击强度决定的。通过对GB/T 39814—2021中规定的落球冲击法展开研究,形成防二次冲击装置的自动控制方案,避免落球冲击试验过程中玻璃试样受到二次冲击,保证试验数据的准确,降低试验成本。
With the continuous development of digital technology,electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets have become indispensable tools in production and daily life.The cover glass on such equipment is a weak link in daily use,frequent occurrence of accidental fragmentation.This is determined by the impact strength of glass materials.Researched on the falling ball impact method specified in the national standard GB/T 39814—2021,automatic control scheme for forming anti secondary impact devices,avoid secondary impact on the glass sample during the drop ball impact test,ensure the accuracy of experimental data,and reduce experimental costs.
