摘要
近年来,"第二课堂成绩单"制度作为高校共青团改革工作的创新举措,是高校"三全育人"综合改革的重要内容。通过梳理"第二课堂成绩单"制度的发展沿革,探究其制度内涵,研究如何科学建设"第二课堂成绩单"制度,对于推进高校形成全员全过程全方位的育人格局,提高思想政治教育工作质量具有十分重要的实践意义。
As an innovation of the Communist Youth League reform in higher colleges,"the Second Classroom Report Card"System is also important in the comprehensive reform of three-integrity education in recent years.Through the analysis of its history and meaning,how to make it more scientific is of a practical significance for the all-round education and the quality of ideological and political education in higher colleges.
