摘要
研究目的:全方位探讨城市收缩现状,判别城市收缩类型及收缩发展态势,揭示城市收缩的影响因素,以期为辽宁省城市发展转型和可持续发展提供参考。研究方法:熵值法和面板双栏模型。研究结果:(1)1998—2018年辽宁省城市发展水平总体呈现波动上升趋势,城市间发展水平差异较大;(2)鞍山市、抚顺市、丹东市、锦州市、盘锦市和铁岭市处于收缩状态,其中盘锦市、丹东市、抚顺市属于重度收缩,鞍山市、锦州市、铁岭市属于轻度收缩;(3)不同维度城市收缩影响排序为土地利用>资源环境>设施服务>人口结构=社会经济,在土地利用维度城市收缩最为突出,国土空间规划中需要引起关注;(4)城市类型、城市化水平及城市空间扩张等因素对城市收缩均具有显著影响。研究结论:城市收缩已成为辽宁省城市发展必然阶段和面临的主要问题,需主动适应城市收缩态势,合理规划城市国土空间布局,减缓空间扩张—人口减少悖论问题,建立辽宁省主要资源型城市转型发展有效路径。
The purposes of this study are to explore the current situation of urban shrinkage in an all-round way,to identify the type of urban shrinkage and its development trend,and to reveal the dominant influencing factors of urban shrinkage in order to provide references for urban development transformation and sustainable development.The methods of literature review,entropy method and panel double hurdle model were employed.The results show that:1)the overall urban development level of Liaoning Province shows a fluctuating upward trend,and the development level varies greatly among cities.2)Anshan,Fushun,Dandong,Jinzhou,Panjin and Tieling are in a state of shrinking,amongst which Panjin,Dandong,and Fushun are severely shrinking cities,while Anshan,Jinzhou and Tieling are all slightly shrinking cities.3)The impact of urban shrinkage in different dimensions exhibits the comparable sequence of land use>resources and environment>facility services>population structure=social economy.In the dimension of land use,the urban shrinkage is the most prominent,requiring attention in territory spatial planning.4)City type,urbanization level and urban spatial expansion all have significant impacts on urban shrinkage.In conclusion,urban shrinkage has become an inevitable stage of urban development and a major problem in Liaoning Province.It is necessary to actively adapt to the trend of urban shrinkage,rationally plan the spatial layout of urban land,slow down the paradox of spatial expansion-population reduction,and establish an effective path for the transformation and development of major resource-based cities in Liaoning Province.
