摘要
智慧建造背景下,数据成为推动工程项目治理数字化转型必不可少的重要驱动力。在梳理工程项目治理数字化发展障碍的基础上,运用利益相关者理论和治理结构三角框架,剖析工程项目治理数字化转型逻辑,解释工程项目治理主体、治理客体及治理机制。基于TOE架构分析工程项目治理数字化转型机制中技术、组织和治理环境的相互关系。从构建信息集成平台,提高参与主体数据素养,加强数据安全运行以及完善绩效评估体系4个方面,提出工程项目治理数字化转型的实现路径。
Under the context of smart construction,data has become an indispensable driving force to promote the digital transformation of engineering project governance.On the basis of sorting out the obstacles to the digital development of engineering project governance,this paper uses the stakeholder theory and the triangular framework of governance structure to analyze the logic of the digital transformation of engineering project governance,and to explain the subject,object and mechanism of engineering project governance.Based on the TOE framework,the relationship among technology,organization and governance environment in the digital transformation mechanism of engineering project governance was analyzed.The realization path of digital transformation of engineering project governance was put forward from four aspects:constructing information integration platform,improving the data literacy of participants,strengthening the safe operation of data and improving the performance evaluation system.
