中国绿色技术创新的经济转型效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 中国进入新旧动能转换的关键阶段,绿色技术创新是否已经成为经济转型的动力以及绩效如何成为主要关注点。在检验绿色技术创新的经济转型效应时,如果忽略技术的异质性、关联性等特点还可能产生偏差。根据技术的环境效应将技术分为绿色技术和脏技术,关注到技术之间的关联性,选择2002—2017年省际面板数据,检验绿色技术创新对经济转型的影响。研究表明:在全国层面,绿色技术创新促进了经济转型,而且绿色技术份额越高经济转型的效果越好;在中西部,绿色技术创新的经济转型效应不显著。门槛回归结果表明:绿色技术创新的经济转型效应发挥存在经济发展水平和产业结构的门槛。该研究为区域经济转型的差异化策略制定有一定参考价值。 As China enters a critical phase of the transition from old drives to new ones,whether green technology innovation has become the driving force of green economic transformation has become a major point.Due to ignoring the heterogeneity and correlation of technology,there may be deviation while testing the effects of technology innovation.According to the environmental effect of technology,the technology is divided into green technology and dirty technology,and the economic transformation effect of two types of technology innovation are explored using the provincial level data from 2002 to 2017.The results show that green technology innovation has no significant effect on the economic transformation in central and western regions.Green technology innovation promotes the economic transformation at national level,and its role is associated with the share of green technology.The higher of the share green technology innovation make,the better of the performance in the economic transformation will get.Furthermore,there is the threshold of the level of economic development and industrial structure.This study has some reference value for formulating differentiation strategy of regional economic transformation.
