摘要
生物化学是高等农业院校生物学相关学科的基础课程,糖代谢是生物化学课程中物质代谢的重要章节,也是整个物质代谢的基础。根据近年上课的体会,本文从课堂教学内容的合理安排、课后拓展设计以及课程思政三个方面,尝试以糖代谢的经典理论和最新研究进展为抓手,结合案例教学方式以及本科生科研训练的相关实践,通过优化教学内容、教学设计和教学实践来完成相关知识点和拓展点的传授,以期充分发挥本科生的学习潜力。
Biochemistry is the basic course for biology-related disciplines in higher agricultural universities.Particularly, carbohydrate metabolism is an important chapter of substance metabolism in the Biochemistry course and is therefore the basis of the whole metabolism. In this paper, we introduced the reformed approaches in teaching carbohydrate metabolism, from the reasonable arrangement of classroom teaching content, after-class expansion design and course-based ideological and moral education. By introducing the classic theory of carbohydrate metabolism and the latest research progress, we tried to optimize teaching content, teaching design and teaching practice to complete the teaching of relevant knowledge points and expansion points. Together, the learning potential of undergraduates was developed by combining with the case based learning and undergraduate students research training(SRT).
