计及恢复时间与输出功率的黑启动路径分组方法 被引量:1

摘要 按照给定的黑启动路径恢复送电时,一般从电源开始,给每条线路逐次充电,操作开关设备多,恢复送电时间长。采用线路分组投运方法,线路分组越少,恢复时间越短,梳理了黑启动过程中的具体实施方法和技术要求。为保证每组线路投运后空载线路末端电压不越上限,在220 kV及以下电网缺少并联电抗等降压设备的条件下,提出在恢复路径中投入适量电网负荷,但其缺点是减少了黑启动机组送至待启动电厂的功率。以恢复时间最短和送至待启动电厂功率最大为目标,建立了输电线路分组投运优化策略模型。推导了空载线路末端电压与投入负荷地点之间的公式,论证了在距离空载线路末端最近的地点接入负荷,对降低空载线路末端电压最有效,基于该结论简化了优化求解方法,设计了输电线路分组投运优化策略求解流程。将上述方法应用在某实际电网中,与常规恢复操作方法对比,验证了该方法的有效性。 When power transmission is restored according to a given black-start path,generally starting from the power supply,each line is charged one by one,with many switching devices operated,a lot of time is spent in the power recovery process.The line grouping method was adopted by this article.The less the number of line groups,the shorter the recovery time,and the specific implementation methods and technical requirements in the black-start process were sorted out.In order to ensure that the terminal voltage of the no-load line does not exceed the upper limit after each group of lines is put into operation,in the absence of voltage-reducing equipment(such as shunt reactors)in the 220 kV and below power grids,it was proposed to put an appropriate amount of grid load in the restoration path.But its disadvantage is that the starting power sent to the power plant from the black-start power supply is reduced.Aiming at the shortest recovery time and the maximum power sent to the power plant to be started,an optimization strategy model for grouped transmission lines was established.By deriving the formula between the voltage at the end of the no-load line and the point where the load is placed,it is demonstrated that connecting the load at the location closest to the end of the line is the most effective for reducing voltage.Based on this conclusion,the solution process of the line grouping is designed.Finally,the above method is applied to an actual power grid,and compared with the conventional restoration operation method,the effectiveness of the method is verified.
