摘要
大规模风电的接入为当今电力系统能源格局带来根本性变革,同时对大停电后电力系统恢复进程产生巨大影响。针对含多风电场的待恢复电力系统,文中首先构建了考虑空间集群效应的多风电场出力典型场景的确定方法及多风电场黑启动价值评价函数,并提出以综合净收益函数为评价标准的机组恢复顺序双层优化模型。上层模型求解当前电力系统可恢复的初始目标集,缩小恢复策略的求解范围,下层模型从该初始目标集中求取综合净收益最大的风电机组与火电机组恢复顺序组合,并根据动态可恢复节点重要度求解恢复路径。最后,在含风电机组的IEEE 39节点系统中验证了所提决策方法的有效性。
The access of large-scale wind power has brought fundamental changes in the current energy structure of power system,and also has brought huge impacts on power system recovery process after the blackout. Aiming at the power system recovery with multiple wind farms,the determination method of typical scenarios for output of multiple wind farms is constructed considering the spatial cluster effect, and an evaluation function of black-start value for multiple wind farms is put forward, and a bi-level optimization model of unit recovery sequence is proposed with the comprehensive net income function as the evaluation criterion.The upper model solves the initial target unit set that can be recovered in the current system to reduce the solution scope of the recovery strategy. The lower model obtains unit recovery sequence combination of wind power and thermal power units from initial target unit set, which get the largest comprehensive net benefit, and the recovery paths are solved according to the importance of dynamic ally recoverable nodes. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed decision method is verified in IEEE 39-node system with wind turbines.
