车载工况下装配式钢板桥面连续构造的静力性能研究

摘要 针对传统钢-混凝土组合简支梁桥桥面连续构造易开裂、造价高昂以及更换困难等不足,并适应于装配式结构受力明确、施工简单等特点,提出装配式钢板桥面连续构造。利用数值模型,得到装配式钢板桥面连续构造在车载工况下的静力力学性能,对比验证了理论与数值计算结果,并进一步分析了连接钢板脱粘区长度、加劲肋尺寸对铺装层应变水平的影响。结果表明:车道荷载工况下,连接钢板应力、铺装层应变分布并不对称,但整体呈现中部集中;局部轮载工况下,桥面连续构造脱粘区的边界约束条件近似于两端铰接。对比计算结果发现:车道荷载工况下,基于弹性杆模型的计算方法可靠;局部轮载工况下,固端梁模型模拟失效。 In view of the shortcomings of the traditional steel-concrete composite simply supported bridge deck continuous structure,such as easy cracking,high cost and difficult replacement,and suitable for the characteristics of the fabricated structure,such as clear stress and simple construction,the fabricated steel deck continuous structure is proposed.By using the numerical model,the static mechanical properties of the continuous structure of prefabricated steel deck under vehicle loading are obtained,and the theoretical and numerical results were compared and verified.Furthermore,the effects of the length of debonding zone of connecting steel plate and the size of stiffener on the strain level of pavement were analyzed.The results show that,under lane load,the stress distribution of connecting steel plate and the strain distribution of pavement layer are not symmetrical,but the whole is concentrated in the middle.Under the condition of local wheel load,the boundary constraints of the continuous structure of the bridge deck are similar to the hinge joint at both ends.The comparison results show that the calculation method based on elastic rod model is reliable under lane load.Under local wheel load,the model of the fixed-end beam simulates failure.
