摘要
建立了一种检测钛白粉相对着色力的方法,钛白粉与蓝漆混合后,用自动涂膜机涂在黑白卡纸上,颜色差异通过CIE Lab系统表述出来,能够客观的反映出钛白粉的着色能力,为钛白粉生产和钛白粉的使用提供了一种行之有效的检测方法,使钛白粉生产把相对着色力控制在一定的范围内(99%~101%),稳定钛白粉产品的质量。
A method to measure the relative tinting power of titanium dioxide is established.The titanium dioxide is mixed with blue paint to form a film on the black/white substrate.The col⁃or difference of the film is ovserved by CIE Lab system,which can objectively show the tinting power of titanium dioxide.It provides an effective testing method for the production and applica⁃tion of titanium dioxide.The relative tinting power of titanium dioxide in production can be con⁃trolled within a certain range(i.e.,99%-101%)which is helpful for the quality stability of titanium dioxide.
