新型有机还原剂用于钛白生产工艺的可行性研究

摘要 硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中,白度是关键指标之一。对高效有机还原剂还原能力进行考察,并利用此还原剂进行了水解偏钛酸的洗涤,同时与三价钛进行比对。结果表明,新型有机还原剂能够在硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中对一洗、二洗除铁有很大的帮助,能够有效抑制亚铁被氧化,从而使洗涤效率极大提高。而还原剂更能够适应洗涤过程中温度、酸度的变化,使其保持高效的还原能力,能够直接应用在硫酸法钛白粉工艺的漂白工序中,实验结果良好。 Whiteness is one of the key indexes in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process.Through the investigation of the reducing capacity of the efficient organic reducing agent,and the use of the reducing agent to wash the hydrolyzed metatenic acid,while compared with the trivalent titanium,the results show that the new organic reducing agent can be in the sulfuric acid process of titanium dioxide production for the first and second wash iron has a great help,can effectively inhibit the oxidation of ferrous,so that the washing efficiency is greatly improved.The reducing agent is more able to adapt to the changes in temperature and acidity during the washing process,so that it can maintain high efficiency reduction capacity,and can be directly applied in the bleaching process of sulfuric acid titanium dioxide process,and the experimental connection is good.
