摘要
硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺流程长,污染物产生及排放量大,能耗高,目前常规间歇酸解工艺的硫酸法钛白粉生产企业的盈利空间已非常低,部分能耗较高的企业基本上已处于亏损边缘,唯有通过节能改造,方可实现可持续发展,对此,本文对硫酸法钛白粉生产行业中的常规间歇酸解工艺企业的节能改造效果开展了分析,通过分析发现,常规间歇酸解工艺企业的节能环保改造可有效降低企业能源消耗,可在该类企业借鉴推广。
The production process of sulfuric acid process titanium dioxide is long,with large pollutant generation and emission and high energy consumption.At present,the profit space of sulfuric acid process titanium dioxide production enterprises with conventional intermittent acidolysis process is very low,and some enterprises with high energy consumption are basically on the verge of loss.Only through energy-saving transformation can sustainable development be achieved.This report analyzes the effect of energy-saving transformation of conventional batch acid hydrolysis process enterprises in the production industry of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process.Through analysis,it is found that the energy-saving and environmental protection transformation of conventional batch acid hydrolysis process enterprises can effectively reduce the energy consumption of enterprises,which can be used for reference and promotion in such enterprises.
