摘要
实践教学作为职业院校独立的一部分,并没有完全突破传统的学科体系教学藩篱,存在理论与实践教学空间脱节、时间错位,教学效果难显成效,实践教学情景缺乏完整性,学习动机难以维持等问题。在以工作过程为导向的教学理念指导下,高等职业技术学校要建立依托工作室的“流动工作坊”实践教学,建设“多功能一体化”产教融合园,创建“产学研训创育”教师工作室,建构“德技共生”的实践教学体系,打造“三师合一”的教学创新团队,完善“政行企校多元育人”的机制。
Practice teaching as an independent part of vocational colleges has not completely broken through the traditional teaching barriers of the discipline system.There exist some problems,such as the disconnection of theory and practice teaching space and the dislocation of time,the difficulty in reflecting the teaching effect,the lack of integrity of practice teaching situation,and the difficulty in maintaining learning motivation.Under the guidance of the working process-oriented teaching concept,Vo-Tech College need to establish the“mobile workshop”practice teaching relying on the studio,build the production-teaching integrated park of“multi-functional integration”,create the“production,teaching,research,training and innovation”studio for teachers,construct the practice teaching system of“moral and technical symbiosis”,and create the teaching innovation team with“three teachers in one”,and improve the mechanism of“multiple education of government,industry,enterprise and school”.
