摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、磨损试验机、洛氏硬度计对喷射成形高速钢HSF8610轧材的退火组织、非金属夹杂物、硬度及磨损性能等进行了研究,并选取相近成分的粉末钢2060做了对比分析。结果显示,退火组织中,HSF8610与2060的碳化物不均匀度级别相当,非金属夹杂物水平相当,HSF8610碳化物颗粒尺寸大于2060,耐磨性能较2060高出45%。
The annealing structure,non-metallic inclusions,hardness and wear properties of spray formed high speed steel HSF8610 were studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,wear tester and Rockwell hardness tester,and the powder steel 2060 with similar composition was selected for comparative analysis.The results show that the carbide non-uniformity level of HSF8610 and 2060 is the same,and the non-metallic inclusions level is equivalent.The carbide particle size of HSF8610 is larger than 2060,while the wear resistance is 45%higher than 2060.
