摘要 喷射成形将金属熔体雾化和雾化液滴沉积合为一体,可直接由液态金属制备具有快速凝固组织特征的大块金属坯体。介绍了喷射成形技术的原理、特点、工艺改进及在不同材料中的研究及应用情况,综合评述了喷射成形技术在国内外的产业化现状,探讨了喷射成形技术的几个重要应用发展方向。 During spray forming, a liquid metal stream is atomized into a spray of droplets by high-pressure gas jets and subsequently these atomized droplets are deposited and solidified on a substrate. The principle, characteristics, and development situation of spray forming in the field of materials were reviewed. The present situation of spray forming technology and its commercialization was over-viewed. Some important directions of development of spray forming technology were discussed.
